Description:
This gluten-free beer recipe emphasizes the potential of gluten-free grains and balanced hops to create a delicious craft beer you can brew at home. With a carefully chosen malt profile and complementary fermentables, this brew highlights the character and drinkability of gluten-free beers made from millet, rice, and other gluten-free grains. Bierly Brewing produced one of only two dedicated gluten free beers to benefit the Sierra Nevada Camp Fire fund, raising $200 for the fund.
