We are proud to sell gluten free craft malt from Grouse Malting & Roasting Co and Eckert Malting & Brewing Co. All malts are naturally gluten free grains that have been malted and roasted to achieve the various flavor and aroma profiles. Malts need to be milled to release the starches within, which through a mash process with amylase enzymes, will convert the starches into fermentable sugars for your beer wort.
